- About Tickets

- Pre-school children (under 6 years old) are not allowed to enter to the show.
- Tickets are valid only for the performance dates and venues indicated on the ticket.
- Cancelation will be not applicable after purchasing the ticket.
- The ticket will not be reissued regardless of any reason for damaging, lossing, or leaving at home on the day of the performance.
- No re-entry will be allowed.
- Transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken if such an act is discovered. We also cannot guarantee admission to the venue for customers who purchase tickets through other than authorized sales channels such as Viagogo, Ticket Distribution Center, StubHub, ticketjam, etc. There is a possibility of getting into trouble such as fraud as a result of buying and selling on the above websites or between individuals. Please be aware that you may be subject to questioning by police authorities, and in some cases, both the seller and the buyer may be punished.
- Because each days has multiple performers, the performers are subject to change. Please note that tickets will not be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to changes in performers, cancellations, changes in performance dates or stages. Please note that tickets will not be refunded for any reason other than postponement or cancellation of the performance, such as illness (including new coronavirus infection and influenza), injury, or your own convenience.
- Prohibited Items

- No video cameras, professional filming equipment, telephoto lenses, recording equipment, or action cameras will be allowed.
- Umbrellas, cooler boxes, chairs, mats, bottles, cans, selfie sticks, animals (except nursing dogs), fireworks and other explosives, other dangerous items, and items prohibited by law are strictly prohibited. In the event that any of these items are found to be brought into the venue, the police will be notified immediately.
- Please note that any items deemed dangerous by the staff will be prohibited.
- No food or beverages may be brought into the venue. Please purchase food and beverages at the food and beverage outlets located on site.
- Prohibited acts inside and outside the venue

- Waiting outside or inside the festival venue is prohibited. Waiting to enter or leave the festival site or surrounding public spaces, chasing after others, or sitting on the streets around the festival site are not only dangerous for the artists and the public, but may also cause accidents and trouble involving the general public. Please do not engage in such activities. Any accidents or incidents caused by these acts must be resolved by the parties concerned. The artists, organizers, and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur as a result of these acts. In the event of malicious behavior, you may be denied entry to the performance venue, and you may be turned over to the police.
- Those who disturb other patrons inside or outside the venue, who do not follow the instructions of the staff, or drunken customers will be forcibly removed from the venue. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded. In the event of an accident, incident, injury, etc. inside or outside the venue, the problem will be resolved between the parties concerned. The organizer will not be involved in any discussion or resolution of any problems between customers.
- Photography, filming, or recording of artists or live performances is strictly prohibited. Once we have found any of those, we will ask to equipment cameras and other equipment, erase datas, and leave the venue in case of malicious behavior.
- Members of organized crime groups, members of other antisocial groups, drunken people, and people who do not fit the atmosphere of the festival are strictly prohibited from entering the festival grounds.
- Please use public transportation.
- Please do not park illegally or temporarily in front of the venue for pick-up, etc., as it is a nuisance to residents in the neighborhood.
- Please refrain from smoking in areas other than the designated smoking areas. Please smoke in the designated smoking areas.
- Please refrain from illegal parking, noise, littering, waiting all night to enter the venue, and any other activities that may cause inconvenience to nearby residents.

- Please be aware that you are responsible for your own baggage.
- Each performances is going to be a long show. Please take care of your own health.
- No compensation will be provided for travel expenses to the venue (including cancellation fees) in the event of cancellation or delay of the Festival.

- All customer information received at the time of ticket application will belong to the organizer.
